Hawaii Ginger Root

Our farm has a special staff that have been growing wholesale Hawaii ginger roots since 2012. Ginger is a special herb that cannot be planted in the same field after it has been harvested, For that reason, it is extremely challenging to grow high quality ginger.

Hawaii ginger root products can be consumed in many ways, such as ginger candy and cold ginger chicken. Almost all Asian foods will use ginger as an ingredient.  Young ginger roots can also be pickled to make a very good appetizer.

Hawaii Basil Herbs Farm grows wholesale and distributes quality ginger roots to many cities across the United States and Canada.

Packing our Ginger Root Shipments from Hawaii

To avoid damaging any of the ginger root products during shipping, we air dry the washed ginger root for many days to eliminate moisture.

Our standard packing is loose, 30 lbs per box.  We ship using the major air carriers and commercial freight forwarders.
