Sweet Basil Wholesalers

Ocimum basilcum or sweet basil is well known for its fragrance and flavor. The stems and leaves are both green, and the flowers are white.  Sweet basil grown in Hawaii has an exotic fresh herbs aroma, the flavor and aroma it adds to foods is second to none.

The staff at Hawaii Basil Herbs Farm have many years of experience growing sweet basil. We have been in the wholesale business since 2012. Our farms are located on the North Shore, Central and West locations on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.  Because of Hawaii’s climate, we are able to grow basil all-year round.

Our sweet basil plants can grow up to 3 feet tall with leaf size ranging at least 2” or wide and 4” or more in length.  We harvest basil when it has at least 3 nodes. This is best for wholesale and shipping in order to keep the basil fresh and maximize shelf life.  Our skilled labor will discard the smaller, younger stems, and keep the stronger stems with big leaves.

Packing our Wholesale Sweet Basil for Shipment

Our wholesale sweet basil products can be custom packed. The standard packing is in clear, film bags and weigh 1 lb. per bag, 20 bags per box.
